What CuraStay is

CuraStay is a platform that connects medical travelers with vetted recovery apartments near partner clinics in Mexico. We are a housing marketplace — we do not own the apartments, employ the medical staff, or provide medical advice.

Our role

• We vet and list apartments that meet recovery-housing standards
• We coordinate bookings between patients and property owners
• We provide concierge support during your stay
• We share apartment information with your clinic for care coordination

We do not provide medical care, medical advice, or guarantee medical outcomes. Your medical relationship is between you and your clinic.

Bookings and payments

When booking functionality launches:

• Prices shown are per night and include concierge services
• Full refund for cancellations 48+ hours before check-in
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows: no refund
• Extensions are subject to availability and billed at the listed nightly rate

Apartment standards

Every apartment on CuraStay has been personally inspected by our team and approved by at least one partner clinic. We verify cleanliness, accessibility, distance to clinic, and safety.

If an apartment does not match its listing, contact us immediately. We will arrange alternative accommodation or a full refund.

Your responsibilities

• Treat the apartment with care — you are responsible for damage beyond normal wear
• Follow your clinic's medical instructions — CuraStay is housing, not healthcare
• Provide accurate information when booking
• Contact us if anything is wrong during your stay

Liability

CuraStay is a marketplace. We are not liable for medical outcomes, actions of property owners or clinics, or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your booking.

Disputes

We aim to resolve disputes directly. If we cannot, disputes will be governed by the laws of Mexico and resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Changes

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Continued use of CuraStay after changes constitutes acceptance.
