Filter by accessibility when browsing. Many apartments offer ground floor, wide doorways, walk-in showers, and elevator access. We list exactly what's available — no guessing.

Can my companion stay with me?

Most apartments accommodate a companion at no extra charge. Some larger units fit families. Filter by companion-friendly when browsing.

What does concierge actually mean?

A real person who answers your messages. Airport transfer, clinic rides, pharmacy and grocery delivery, restaurant bookings, emergency coordination. Available 24/7 in English and Spanish.

How do I pay? What's the cancellation policy?

Credit card or bank transfer. Full refund if you cancel 48+ hours before check-in. No hidden fees, no cleaning charges, no surprise deposits.

We work with clinics in Tijuana, Mérida, Guadalajara, and Cancún across dental, bariatric, cosmetic, cardiac, orthopedic, fertility, and wellness. If your clinic isn't listed yet, tell us — we'll reach out to them.
